ཨེ་མ་ཧོ།།
Emaho!
噯瑪吙

འདི་ནས་ཉི་མ་ནུབ་ཀྱི་ཕྱོགས་རོལ་ན། །གྲངས་མེད་འཇིག་རྟེན་མང་པོའི་ཕ་རོལ་ན། །
In the direction of the setting sun from here, Past innumerable worlds
⾃此⽇落之⽅向，越過無數眾世界，

ཅུང་ཟད་སྟེང་དུ་འཕགས་པའི་ཡུལ་ས་ན། །རྣམ་པར་དག་པའི་ཞིང་ཁམས་བདེ་བ་ཅན། །
And slightly elevated above us, Is the pure realm of Sukhavati.
稍許上⽅聖境處，即是清淨極樂剎，

བདག་གི་ཆུ་བུར་མིག་གིས་མ་མཐོང་ཡང༌། །རང་སེམས་གསལ་བའི་ཡིད་ལ་ལམ་མེར་གསལ། །
Although I do not see it with my physical eye, It is vividly clear in my mind.
我等⾁眼雖未⾒，⾃⼼卻應明然觀。

དེ་ན་བཅོམ་ལྡན་རྒྱལ་བ་འོད་དཔག་མེད། །པདྨ་རཱ་གའི་མདོག་ཅན་གཟི་བརྗིད་འབར། །
There resides the bhagavan Amitabha. The color of ruby, he blazes with majesty.
彼剎阿彌陀佛尊，紅蓮寶⾊光耀眼，

དབུ་ལ་གཙུག་ཏོར་ཞབས་ལ་འཁོར་ལོ་སོགས། །མཚན་བཟང་སོ་གཉིས་དཔེ་བྱད་བརྒྱད་ཅུས་སྤྲས། །
He is adorned by the thirty-two good marks and the eighty signs, Such as the ushnisha on his head and the wheels on his feet.
頂髻相與⾜輪等，三⼗⼆相⼋⼗好，

ཞལ་གཅིག་ཕྱག་གཉིས་མཉམ་གཞག་ལྷུང་བཟེད་འཛིན། །ཆོས་གོས་རྣམ་གསུམ་གསོལ་ཞིང་སྐྱིལ་ཀྲུང་གིས། །
He has one face and two hands and holds an alms bowl in meditation. Wearing the three Dharma robes, he is seated in vajra posture
⼀⾯⼆臂定持缽，著三法⾐跏趺坐，

པདྨ་སྟོང་ལྡན་ཟླ་བའི་གདན་སྟེང་དུ། །བྱང་ཆུབ་ཤིང་ལ་སྐུ་རྒྱབ་བརྟེན་མཛད་དེ། །
On a thousand-petaled lotus and a moon disk seat. His back is supported by a bodhi tree.
千瓣蓮花⽉墊上，⾝背倚靠菩提樹，

ཐུགས་རྗེའི་སྤྱན་གྱིས་རྒྱང་ནས་བདག་ལ་གཟིགས། །གཡས་སུ་བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔའ་སྤྱན་རས་གཟིགས། །
He gazes upon me from a distance with compassionate eyes. On his right is the bodhisattva Avalokita.
慈悲慧眼遙視我。右側觀世⾳菩薩，

སྐུ་མདོག་དཀར་པོ་ཕྱག་གཡོན་པད་དཀར་འཛིན། །གཡོན་དུ་བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔའ་མཐུ་ཆེན་ཐོབ། །
He is white and holds a white lotus in his left hand. On Amitabha’s left is the bodhisattva Mahasthamaprapta.
⾝⽩左⼿持⽩蓮，左側⼤勢⾄菩薩，

སྔོན་པོ་རྡོ་རྗེས་མཚན་པའི་པདྨ་གཡོན། །གཡས་གཉིས་སྐྱབས་སྦྱིན་ཕྱག་རྒྱ་བདག་ལ་བསྟན། །
He is blue and holds in his left hand a lotus with a vajra on it. The right hands of them both display to me the mudra of giving protection.
⾝藍左持⾦剛蓮，右⼿向吾施依印。

གཙོ་བོ་གསུམ་པོ་རི་རྒྱལ་ལྷུན་པོ་བཞིན། །ལྷང་ངེ་ལྷན་ནེ་ལྷམ་མེར་བཞུགས་པའི་འཁོར། །
These three principals are like Mount Meru, Vivid, distinct, and brilliant.
三⼤主尊如⼭王，巍然明然坦然住。

བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔའི་དགེ་སློང་བྱེ་བ་འབུམ། །ཀུན་ཀྱང་གསེར་མདོག་མཚན་དང་དཔེ་བྱད་བརྒྱན། །
Their retinue is a trillion bodhisattva bhikshus. All of them are golden in color and adorned by the marks and signs.
⼤乘⽐丘⼗千億，⾝皆⾦⾊相好飾，

ཆོས་གོས་རྣམ་གསུམ་གསོལ་ཞིང་སེར་ལྟེམ་མེ། །མོས་གུས་ཕྱག་ལ་ཉེ་རིང་ཁྱད་མེད་ཕྱིར། །
Wearing the three Dharma robes, they fill the realm with yellow. As there is no difference between near and far for devoted prostration,
著三法⾐⿈燦燦。敬禮遠近無別故，

བདག་གི་སྒོ་གསུམ་གུས་པས་ཕྱག་འཚལ་ལོ། །ཆོས་སྐུ་སྣང་བ་མཐའ་ཡས་རིགས་ཀྱི་བདག །
I devotedly prostrate to you with my three gates. The dharmakaya Amitabha is the lord of the family.
我以三⾨敬頂禮。法⾝無量光部主，

ཕྱག་གཡས་འོད་ཟེར་ལས་སྤྲུལ་སྤྱན་རས་གཟིགས། །ཡང་སྤྲུལ་སྤྱན་རས་གཟིགས་དབང་བྱེ་བ་བརྒྱ། །
The light-rays of his right hand emanate Avalokita And a billion further emanations of Avalokita.
右⼿放光化觀⾳，復化百俱胝觀⾳，

ཕྱག་གཡོན་འོད་ཟེར་ལས་སྤྲུལ་སྒྲོལ་མ་སྟེ། །ཡང་སྤྲུལ་སྒྲོལ་མ་བྱེ་བ་ཕྲག་བརྒྱ་འགྱེད། །
The light-rays of his left hand emanate Tara And a billion further emanations of Tara.
左⼿放光化度⺟，復化百俱胝度⺟，

ཐུགས་ཀྱི་འོད་ཟེར་ལས་སྤྲུལ་པདྨ་འབྱུང༌། །ཡང་སྤྲུལ་ཨོ་རྒྱན་བྱེ་བ་ཕྲག་བརྒྱ་འགྱེད། །
The light-rays of his heart emanate Padmakara And a billion further emanations of Padmakara.
⼼間放光化蓮師，復化百俱胝蓮師，

ཆོས་སྐུ་འོད་དཔག་མེད་ལ་ཕྱག་འཚལ་ལོ། །སངས་རྒྱས་སྤྱན་གྱིས་ཉིན་མཚན་དུས་དྲུག་ཏུ། །
I prostrate to the dharmakaya Amitabha. Buddha, you kindly and constantly regard
頂禮法⾝阿彌陀。佛於晝夜六時中，

སེམས་ཅན་ཀུན་ལ་བརྩེ་བས་རྟག་ཏུ་གཟིགས། །སེམས་ཅན་ཀུན་གྱི་ཡིད་ལ་གང་དྲན་པའི། །
All beings throughout the six times of day and night. You always know what thoughts
慈眸恆視諸有情，諸眾⼼中所⽣起，

རྣམ་རྟོག་གང་འགྱུ་རྟག་ཏུ་ཐུགས་ཀྱིས་མཁྱེན། །སེམས་ཅན་ཀུན་གྱིས་ངག་ཏུ་གང་སྨྲས་ཚིག །
Are moving through the mind of every being. You always hear distinctly
任何分別皆明知，諸眾⼝中所⾔說，

རྟག་ཏུ་མ་འདྲེས་སོ་སོར་སྙན་ལ་གསན། །ཀུན་མཁྱེན་འོད་དཔག་མེད་ལ་ཕྱག་འཚལ་ལོ། །
The words spoken by every being. I prostrate to the omniscient Amitabha.
永無混雜⼀⼀聞，頂禮遍知無量光。

ཆོས་སྤངས་མཚམས་མེད་བྱས་པ་མ་གཏོགས་པ། །ཁྱེད་ལ་དད་ཅིང་སྨོན་ལམ་བཏབ་ཚད་ཀུན། །
It is said that, other than those who have rejected Dharma Or done any of the five worst actions, all who have faith in you
除造捨法無間罪，諸誠信尊發願者，

བདེ་བ་ཅན་དེར་སྐྱེ་བའི་སྨོན་ལམ་གྲུབ། །བར་དོར་བྱོན་ནས་ཞིང་དེར་འདྲེན་པར་གསུངས། །
And make the aspiration to be born in Sukhavati will fulfill that aspiration. You will appear in the bardo and lead them to your realm.
如願往⽣極樂剎，佛臨中陰引彼剎，

འདྲེན་པ་འོད་དཔག་མེད་ལ་ཕྱག་འཚལ་ལོ། །ཁྱེད་ཀྱི་སྐུ་ཚེ་བསྐལ་པ་གྲངས་མེད་དུ། །
I prostrate to the guide Amitabha. For the length of your life, innumerable kalpas,
頂禮導師無量光。尊之壽量無數劫，

མྱ་ངན་མི་འདའ་ད་ལྟ་མངོན་སུམ་བཞུགས། །ཁྱེད་ལ་རྩེ་གཅིག་གུས་པས་གསོལ་བཏབ་ན། །
You will not pass into nirvana. You abide manifestly now. It is said that anyone who prays to you with one-pointed devotion,
不趣涅槃現住世，⼀⼼恭敬⽽祈禱，

ལས་ཀྱི་རྣམ་པར་སྨིན་པ་མ་གཏོགས་པ། །ཚེ་ཟད་པ་ཡང་ལོ་བརྒྱ་ཐུབ་པ་དང༌། །
Even if their lifespan is exhausted, Unless that is caused by the ripening of karma,
除⾮異熟業果外，壽盡亦可享百歲，

དུས་མིན་འཆི་བ་མ་ལུས་བཟློག་པར་གསུངས། །མགོན་པོ་ཚེ་དཔག་མེད་ལ་ཕྱག་འཚལ་ལོ། །
Will live a hundred years. You will avert all untimely death. I prostrate to the protector Amitayus.
遣除⼀切⾮時死，頂禮怙主無量壽。

སྟོང་གསུམ་འཇིག་རྟེན་རབ་འབྱམས་གྲངས་མེད་པ། །རིན་ཆེན་གྱིས་བཀང་སྦྱིན་པ་བྱིན་པ་བས། །
It is said that there is greater merit In hearing the names Amitabha and Sukhavati
無數廣⼤三千界，遍滿珍寶作布施，

འོད་དཔག་མེད་པའི་མཚན་དང་བདེ་བ་ཅན། །ཐོས་ནས་དད་པས་ཐལ་མོ་སྦྱར་བྱས་ན། །
And joining one’s palms with faith Than in filling countless billion-world realms
不如聽聞極樂剎，阿彌陀佛名號後，

དེ་ནི་དེ་བས་བསོད་ནམས་ཆེ་བར་གསུངས། །དེ་ཕྱིར་འོད་དཔག་མེད་ལ་གུས་ཕྱག་འཚལ། །
With jewels and giving them in generosity. I therefore prostrate to Amitabha with devotion.
以信合掌福德⼤，是故敬禮無量光。

གང་ཞིག་འོད་དཔག་མེད་པའི་མཚན་ཐོས་ནས། །ཁ་ཞེ་མེད་པར་སྙིང་ཁོང་རུས་པའི་གཏིང༌། །
Anyone who, hearing Amitabha’s name, Sincerely gives rise to faith
誰聞阿彌陀佛號，⼼⼝如⼀⾃深⼼，

ལན་གཅིག་ཙམ་ཞིག་དད་པ་སྐྱེས་པ་ན། །དེ་ནི་བྱང་ཆུབ་ལམ་ལས་ཕྱིར་མི་ལྡོག །
From the depths of their heart even once Cannot be turned back from the path of awakening.
僅⽣⼀次誠信⼼，彼不退轉菩提道，

མགོན་པོ་འོད་དཔག་མེད་ལ་ཕྱག་འཚལ་ལོ། །སངས་རྒྱས་འོད་དཔག་མེད་པའི་མཚན་ཐོས་ནས། །
I prostrate to the protector Amitabha. Having heard the name of the buddha Amitabha,
頂禮怙主無量光。聞佛阿彌陀名號，

དེ་ནི་བྱང་ཆུབ་སྙིང་པོ་མ་ཐོབ་བར། །བུད་མེད་མི་སྐྱེ་རིགས་ནི་བཟང་པོར་སྐྱེ། །
Until one reaches the essence of awakening, One will not be born as a woman without power. One will be born of good family.
乃⾄未獲菩提間，不轉⼥⾝轉貴族，

ཚེ་རབས་ཀུན་ཏུ་ཚུལ་ཁྲིམས་རྣམ་དག་འགྱུར། །བདེ་གཤེགས་འོད་དཔག་མེད་ལ་ཕྱག་འཚལ་ལོ། །
In every birth one’s morality will be pure. I prostrate to the sugata Amitabha.
⽣⽣世世具淨戒，頂禮善逝無量光。

བདག་གི་ལུས་དང་ལོངས་སྤྱོད་དགེ་རྩར་བཅས། །དངོས་སུ་འབྱོར་བའི་མཆོད་པ་ཅི་མཆིས་པ། །
I offer my body, possessions, and roots of virtue; Whatever actually prepared offerings there are;
吾⾝受⽤及善根，⼀切真實之供品，

ཡིད་སྤྲུལ་བཀྲ་ཤིས་རྫས་རྟགས་རིན་ཆེན་བདུན། །གདོད་ནས་གྲུབ་པ་སྟོང་གསུམ་འཇིག་རྟེན་གྱི། །
Mentally emanated auspicious substances and signs, and the seven jewels; The pre-existing billion worlds with their billion sets
意幻七寶瑞相物，本成三千世界中，

གླིང་བཞི་རི་རབ་ཉི་ཟླ་བྱེ་བ་བརྒྱ། །ལྷ་ཀླུ་མི་ཡི་ལོངས་སྤྱོད་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀུན། །
Of four continents, Mount Meru, the sun, and the moon; And all the luxuries of gods, nagas, and humans.
⼗億⽇⽉洲須彌，天⼈⿓之諸受⽤，

བློ་ཡིས་བླངས་ཏེ་འོད་དཔག་མེད་ལ་འབུལ། །བདག་ལ་ཕན་ཕྱིར་ཐུགས་རྗེའི་སྟོབས་ཀྱིས་བཞེས། །
Bringing all these to mind, I offer them to Amitabha. For my benefit, accept them through your compassion.
意幻供養無量光，為利我故悲納受。

ཕ་མས་ཐོག་དྲངས་བདག་སོགས་འགྲོ་ཀུན་གྱི། །ཐོག་མ་མེད་པའི་དུས་ནས་ད་ལྟའི་བར། །
I confess all the wrongdoing I and all beings, my parents included, Have done throughout beginningless time up to now,
⽗⺟為主吾等眾，從無始時⾄今⽣，

སྲོག་བཅད་མ་བྱིན་བླངས་དང་མི་ཚངས་སྤྱོད། །ལུས་ཀྱི་མི་དགེ་གསུམ་པོ་མཐོལ་ལོ་བཤགས། །
Such as killing, stealing, and fornication: I admit and confess the three wrongdoings of body.
殺⽣偷盜⾮梵⾏，發露懺悔⾝三罪。

རྫུན་དང་ཕྲ་མ་ཚིག་རྩུབ་ངག་འཁྱལ་བ། །ངག་གི་མི་དགེ་བཞི་པོ་མཐོལ་ལོ་བཤགས། །
Lying, calumny, harsh words, and gossip: I admit and confess the four wrongdoings of speech.
妄語兩⾆綺惡語，發露懺悔語四罪。

བརྣབ་སེམས་གནོད་སེམས་ལོག་པར་ལྟ་བ་སྟེ། །ཡིད་ཀྱི་མི་དགེ་གསུམ་པོ་མཐོལ་ལོ་བཤགས། །
Covetousness, malice, and wrong views: I admit and confess the three wrongdoings of mind.
貪⼼害⼼與邪⾒，發露懺悔意三罪。

ཕ་མ་སློབ་དཔོན་དགྲ་བཅོམ་བསད་པ་དང༌། །རྒྱལ་བའི་སྐུ་ལ་ངན་སེམས་སྐྱེས་པ་དང༌། །
The killing of one’s father, mother, acharya, or an arhat And the shedding of a buddha’s blood with malicious intent:
殺師⽗⺟阿羅漢，惡⼼損害佛⾝體，

མཚམས་མེད་ལྔ་ཡི་ལས་བསགས་མཐོལ་ལོ་བཤགས། །དགེ་སློང་དགེ་ཚུལ་བསད་དང་བཙུན་མ་ཕབ། །
I admit and confess the five worst actions. Killing a bhikshu or shramanera, seducing a nun,
發露懺悔無間罪。殺害⽐丘與沙彌，

སྐུ་གཟུགས་མཆོད་རྟེན་ལྷ་ཁང་བཤིག་ལ་སོགས། །ཉེ་བའི་མཚམས་མེད་སྡིག་བྱས་མཐོལ་ལོ་བཤགས། །
And destroying images, stupas, or temples: I admit and confess the nearly worst actions.
污尼毀像塔寺等，發露懺近無間罪。

དཀོན་མཆོག་ལྷ་ཁང་གསུང་རབ་རྟེན་གསུམ་སོགས། །དཔང་ཞེས་ཚད་བཙུགས་མནའ་ཟོས་ལ་སོགས་པ། །
Swearing by the Three Jewels, temples, scriptures, Or the three supports, and swearing by them falsely:
三寶殿經所依等，以彼作證違誓等，

ཆོས་སྤངས་ལས་ངན་བསགས་པ་མཐོལ་ལོ་བཤགས། །ཁམས་གསུམ་སེམས་ཅན་བསད་ལས་སྡིག་ཆེ་བ། །
I admit and confess the wrongdoing of rejecting Dharma. Worse than killing all beings in the three realms
發露懺悔捨法罪。誹謗諸菩薩之罪，

བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔའ་རྣམས་ལ་སྐུར་བ་བཏབ། །དོན་མེད་སྡིག་ཆེན་བསགས་པ་མཐོལ་ལོ་བཤགས། །
Is the denigration of bodhisattvas. I admit and confess pointless great wrongdoing.
較殺三界有情重，發露懺悔無義罪。

དགེ་བའི་ཕན་ཡོན་སྡིག་པའི་ཉེས་དམིགས་དང༌། །དམྱལ་བའི་སྡུག་བསྔལ་ཚེ་ཚད་ལ་སོགས་པ། །
Thinking that the benefits of virtue, the harm from wrongdoing, And the suffering and lifespan in hell
聞善功德惡過患，地獄痛苦壽量等，

ཐོས་ཀྱང་མི་བདེན་བཤད་ཚོད་ཡིན་བསམ་པ། །མཚམས་མེད་ལྔ་བས་ཐུ་བའི་ལས་ངན་པ། །
Are untrue, mere sayings, Is worse than the five worst actions.
認為不實卻說法，此罪重於五無間，

ཐར་མེད་ལས་ངན་བསགས་པ་མཐོལ་ལོ་བཤགས། །ཕམ་པ་བཞི་དང་ལྷག་མ་བཅུ་གསུམ་དང༌། །
I admit and confess the wrongdoing from which it is hard to be freed. The four defeats, the thirteen remainders, the downfalls,
發露懺悔無解罪。⼗三僧殘四他勝，

སྤང་ལྟུང་སོར་བཤགས་ཉེས་བྱས་སྡེ་ཚན་ལྔ། །སོ་ཐར་ཚུལ་ཁྲིམས་འཆལ་བ་མཐོལ་ལོ་བཤགས། །
The confessables, and the misdemeanors—the five classes: I admit and confess impairments of the pratimoksha morality.
墮罪惡作向彼悔，發露懺悔五墮罪。

ནག་པོའི་ཆོས་བཞི་ལྟུང་བ་ལྔ་ལྔ་བརྒྱད། །བྱང་སེམས་བསླབ་པ་ཉམས་པ་མཐོལ་ལོ་བཤགས། །
The four negativities; and the five, five, and eight downfalls: I admit and confess impairments of the bodhisattva training.
四惡法罪⼗⼋墮，發露懺破菩薩戒。

རྩ་ལྟུང་བཅུ་བཞི་ཡན་ལག་སྦོམ་པོ་བརྒྱད། །གསང་སྔགས་དམ་ཚིག་ཉམས་པ་མཐོལ་ལོ་བཤགས། །
The fourteen root downfalls and the eight major branches: I admit and confess impairments of secret mantra samaya.
⼗四根本⼋粗⽀，發露懺破誓⾔罪。

སྡོམ་པ་མ་ཞུས་མི་དགེའི་ལས་བྱས་པ། །མི་ཚངས་སྤྱོད་དང་ཆང་འཐུང་ལ་སོགས་པ། །
The wrongdoing done when not under vows, Such as fornication and drinking alcohol,
未受戒律造惡業，⾮梵⾏及飲酒等，

རང་བཞིན་ཁ་ན་མ་ཐོའི་སྡིག་པ་སྟེ། །སྡིག་པ་སྡིག་ཏུ་མ་ཤེས་མཐོལ་ལོ་བཤགས། །
Actions that are naturally unwholesome: I admit and confess unwitting wrongdoing.
⼀切⾃性之罪過，發露懺悔未知罪。

སྐྱབས་སྡོམ་དབང་བསྐུར་ལ་སོགས་ཐོབ་ན་ཡང༌། །དེ་ཡི་སྡོམ་པ་དམ་ཚིག་བསྲུང་མ་ཤེས། །
Although I have taken the vow of refuge and empowerments, I admit and confess downfalls of commitment through
雖受皈戒灌頂等，不知守戒護誓⾔，

བཅས་པའི་ལྟུང་བ་ཕོག་པ་མཐོལ་ལོ་བཤགས། །འགྱོད་པ་མེད་ན་བཤགས་པས་མི་འདག་པས། །
Not knowing how to keep the vows and samaya they entail. Without regret, confession will not purify.
發露懺悔佛制罪。若無悔⼼懺不淨，

སྔར་བྱས་སྡིག་པ་ཁོང་དུ་དུག་སོང་ལྟར། །ངོ་ཚ་འཇིགས་སྐྲག་འགྱོད་པ་ཆེན་པོས་བཤགས། །
I confess all past wrongdoing with great shame, fear, and regret, As though I had swallowed poison.
昔所造罪如腹毒，以⼤慚懼悔懺罪。

ཕྱིན་ཆད་སྡོམ་སེམས་མེད་ན་མི་འདག་པས། །ཕྱིན་ཆད་སྲོག་ལ་བབས་ཀྱང་མི་དགེའི་ལས། །
If there is no commitment henceforth, there will be no purification. From now onward, even at the risk of my life,
後無戒⼼罪不淨，發誓此後遇命難，

ད་ནས་མི་བགྱིད་སེམས་ལ་དམ་བཅའ་བཟུང༌། །བདེ་གཤེགས་འོད་དཔག་མེད་པ་སྲས་བཅས་ཀྱིས། །
I vow not to engage in wrongdoing. Sugata Amitabha and your bodhisattvas,
亦不造作不善業，阿彌陀佛及佛⼦，

བདག་རྒྱུད་ཡོངས་སུ་དག་པར་བྱིན་གྱིས་རློབས། །གཞན་གྱིས་དགེ་བ་བྱེད་པ་ཐོས་པའི་ཚེ། །
Grant your blessings that my being be purified. If, when one hears of another’s virtue,
加持淨化我⼼續。聞聽他⼈⾏善時，

དེ་ལ་ཕྲག་དོག་མི་དགེའི་སེམས་སྤངས་ནས། །སྙིང་ནས་དགའ་བས་རྗེས་སུ་ཡི་རང་ན། །
One is without the negativity of jealousy And rejoices from one’s heart,
若捨忌妒不喜⼼，誠⼼歡悅作隨喜，

དེ་ཡི་བསོད་ནམས་མཉམ་དུ་ཐོབ་པར་གསུངས། །དེ་ཕྱིར་འཕགས་པ་རྣམས་དང་སོ་སྐྱེ་ཡིས། །
It is said that one will gain equal merit I therefore rejoice in all the virtuous deeds
佛說同獲彼福德。故於聖眾及凡夫，

དགེ་བ་གང་བསྒྲུབས་ཀུན་ལ་ཡི་རང་ངོ༌། །བླ་མེད་བྱང་ཆུབ་མཆོག་ཏུ་སེམས་བསྐྱེད་ནས། །
Of aryas and ordinary beings. I rejoice in their generation of bodhichitta
所作諸善皆隨喜，於發無上菩提⼼，

འགྲོ་དོན་རྒྱ་ཆེན་མཛད་ལ་ཡི་རང་ངོ༌། །མི་དགེ་བཅུ་པོ་སྤངས་པ་དགེ་བ་བཅུ། །
And their vast benefit for beings. The ten virtues that are the opposites of the ten wrongdoings—
廣利有情皆隨喜。斷⼗不善⾏⼗善，

གཞན་གྱི་སྲོག་བསྐྱབ་སྦྱིན་པ་གཏོང་བ་དང༌། །སྡོམ་པ་སྲུང་ཞིང་བདེན་པར་སྨྲ་བ་དང༌། །
Saving others’ lives, giving generously, Chastity, speaking truthfully,
救護他命⾏布施，守持戒律說實語，

འཁོན་པ་བསྡུམ་དང་ཞི་དུལ་དྲང་པོར་སྨྲ། །དོན་དང་ལྡན་པའི་གཏམ་བརྗོད་འདོད་པ་ཆུང༌། །
Healing discord, speaking gently and straightforwardly, Conversing meaningfully, having little desire,
化怨⾔語直柔和，少欲⾔說具義語，

བྱམས་དང་སྙིང་རྗེ་སྒོམ་ཞིང་ཆོས་ལ་སྤྱོད། །དགེ་བ་དེ་རྣམས་ཀུན་ལ་ཡི་རང་ངོ༌། །
Cultivating love and compassion, and practicing Dharma: I rejoice in those virtuous actions.
修持慈悲⾏正法，於彼善法皆隨喜。

ཕྱོགས་བཅུའི་འཇིག་རྟེན་རབ་འབྱམས་ཐམས་ཅད་ན། །རྫོས་སངས་རྒྱས་ནས་རིང་པོར་མ་ལོན་པར། །
All you who have recently attained Perfect buddhahood in any of the
⼗⽅浩瀚世界中，圓滿正覺後不久，

དེ་དག་རྣམས་ལ་ཆོས་ཀྱི་འཁོར་ལོ་ནི། །རྒྱ་ཆེན་མྱུར་དུ་བསྐོར་བར་བདག་གིས་བསྐུལ། །
Numberless realms in the ten directions: I urge you to soon turn the vast Wheel of Dharma.
我於彼等前祈請，迅速廣轉妙法輪。

མངོན་ཤེས་ཐུགས་ཀྱིས་དེ་དོན་མཁྱེན་པར་གསོལ། །སངས་རྒྱས་བྱང་སེམས་བསྟན་འཛིན་དགེ་བའི་བཤེས། །
I pray that you hear me with your clairvoyance All buddhas, bodhisattvas, holders of Dharma,
佛以神通知彼義，於佛菩薩持教師，

མྱ་ངན་འདའ་བར་བཞེད་ཀུན་དེ་དག་ལ། །མྱ་ངན་མི་འདའ་བཞུགས་པར་གསོལ་བ་འདེབས། །
And spiritual friends who wish to pass into nirvana: I pray that you not do so, but remain.
諸欲涅槃彼等前，祈請住世不涅槃。

འདིས་མཚོན་བདག་གི་དུས་གསུམ་དགེ་བ་རྣམས། །འགྲོ་བ་སེམས་ཅན་ཀུན་གྱི་དོན་དུ་བསྔོ། །
I dedicate this and all my virtue of the three times To the benefit of all beings. May they all
以此為主三世善，迴向⼀切諸有情，

ཀུན་ཀྱང་བླ་མེད་བྱང་ཆུབ་མྱུར་ཐོབ་ནས། །ཁམས་གསུམ་འཁོར་བ་དོང་ནས་སྤྲུགས་གྱུར་ཅིག །
Quickly attain unsurpassable awakening And empty samsara’s three realms from their depths.
願皆速得無上果，根除三界之輪迴。

དེ་ཡི་དགེ་བ་བདག་ལ་མྱུར་སྨིན་ནས། །ཚེ་འདིར་དུས་མིན་འཆི་བ་བཅོ་བརྒྱད་ཞི། །
May this virtue quickly ripen in me. In this life, may the eighteen untimely deaths be prevented.
彼善速成熟於我，遣除⼗⼋種橫死，

ནད་མེད་ལང་ཚོ་རྒྱས་པའི་ལུས་སྟོབས་ལྡན། །དཔལ་འབྱོར་འཛད་མེད་དབྱར་གྱི་གངྒཱ་ལྟར། །
May I be healthy and as vigorous as a youth. May my wealth be as inexhaustible as the Ganges in summer.
⾝康⼒壯韶華豐，如夏恆河無盡財，

བདུད་དགྲའི་འཚེ་བ་མེད་ཅིང་དམ་ཆོས་སྤྱོད། །བསམ་པའི་དོན་ཀུན་ཆོས་ལྡན་ཡིད་བཞིན་འགྲུབ། །
Unharmed by maras or enemies, may I practice genuine Dharma. May all my wishes be fulfilled in accord with Dharma and my intentions.
無魔怨害享正法，如法成就諸所願，

བསྟན་དང་འགྲོ་ལ་ཕན་ཐོགས་རྒྱ་ཆེན་འགྲུབ། །མི་ལུས་དོན་དང་ལྡན་པར་འགྲུབ་པར་ཤོག །
May I accomplish vast benefit for Dharma and beings. May my human body be meaningful.
弘法利⽣⼤益成，使此⼈⾝具意義。

བདག་དང་བདག་ལ་འབྲེལ་ཐོགས་ཀུན། །འདི་ནས་ཚེ་འཕོས་གྱུར་མ་ཐག །
May I and all connected to me, As soon as we pass from this life,
與我結緣眾，願臨命終時，

སྤྲུལ་པའི་སངས་རྒྱས་འོད་དཔག་མེད། །དགེ་སློང་དགེ་འདུན་འཁོར་གྱིས་བསྐོར། །
Actually see in front of us The emanated buddha Amitabha
化⾝無量光，⽐丘僧眷繞，

མདུན་དུ་མངོན་སུམ་འབྱོན་པར་ཤོག །དེ་མཐོང་ཡིད་དགའ་སྣང་བ་སྐྱིད། །
Surrounded by his Sangha of bodhisattvas. Seeing them, may we feel joy.
親臨吾等前，⾒彼⼼歡悅，

ཤི་བའི་སྡུག་བསྔལ་མེད་པར་ཤོག །བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔའ་མཆེད་བརྒྱད་ནི། །
May we be without suffering at death. May the eight bodhisattvas
無有死亡苦。願⼋⼤菩薩，

རྫུ་འཕྲུལ་སྟོབས་ཀྱིས་ནམ་མཁར་བྱོན། །བདེ་བ་ཅན་དུ་འགྲོ་བ་ཡི། །
Appear miraculously in the sky. May they show me the way
神⼒臨空中，指⽰極樂道，

ལམ་སྟོན་ལམ་སྣ་འདྲེན་པར་ཤོག །ངན་སོང་སྡུག་བསྔལ་བཟོད་བླག་མེད། །
And lead me to Sukhavati. The suffering in lower states is unbearable.
接引往⽣也。惡趣苦難忍，

ལྷ་མིའི་བདེ་སྐྱིད་མི་རྟག་འགྱུར། །དེ་ལ་སྐྲག་སེམས་སྐྱེ་བར་ཤོག །
The pleasures of gods and humans are impermanent. May I be afraid of this.
⼈天樂無常，願⽣畏彼⼼，

ཐོག་མ་མེད་ནས་ད་ལྟའི་བར། །འཁོར་བ་འདི་ན་ཡུན་རེ་རིང༌། །
Throughout beginningless time up to now, Samsara has lasted for a very long time.
無始⾄今⽣，漫⻑漂輪迴，

དེ་ལ་སྐྱོ་བ་སྐྱེ་བར་ཤོག །མི་ནས་མི་རུ་སྐྱེ་ཆོག་ཀྱང༌། །
May I feel sorrow about this. I might be born repeatedly as a human being, but I would
願⽣厭離⼼。設使⼈轉⼈，

སྐྱེ་རྒ་ན་འཆི་གྲངས་མེད་མྱོང༌། །དུས་ངན་སྙིགས་མར་བར་ཆད་མང༌། །
Experience birth, aging, sickness, and death countless times. There are many obstacles in this degenerate time.
受⽣⽼病死，濁世違緣多，

ལྷ་དང་མི་ཡི་བདེ་སྐྱིད་འདི། །དུག་དང་འདྲེས་པའི་ཟས་བཞིན་དུ། །
The pleasures of humans and gods Are like food mixed with poison.
⼈天之安樂，猶如雜毒⾷，

འདོད་པ་སྤུ་ཙམ་མེད་པར་ཤོག །ཉེ་དུ་ཟས་ནོར་མཐུན་གྲོགས་རྣམས། །
May I have not so much as a hair’s worth of desire for them. My family, food, wealth, and friends
願毫無貪求。⾷財親朋友，

མི་རྟག་སྒྱུ་མ་རྨི་ལམ་བཞིན། །ཆགས་ཞེན་སྤུ་ཙམ་མེད་པར་ཤོག །
Are impermanent, like illusions or dreams. May I have not so much as a hair’s worth of attachment to them.
無常如夢幻，願毫無貪戀。

ས་ཆ་ཡུལ་རིས་ཁང་ཁྱིམ་རྣམས། །རྨི་ལམ་ཡུལ་གྱི་ཁང་ཁྱིམ་ལྟར། །
My land, my vicinity, and my home Are just like one’s home in a dream.
故鄉屬地宅，猶如夢境宅，

བདེན་པར་མ་གྲུབ་ཤེས་པར་ཤོག །ཐར་མེད་འཁོར་བའི་རྒྱ་མཚོ་ནས། །
May I know them to be unreal. May I flee the ocean of samsara, from which it is so hard to get free,
願知不成實。無解輪迴海，

ཉེས་ཆེན་བཙོན་ནས་ཐར་པ་བཞིན། །བདེ་བ་ཅན་གྱི་ཞིང་ཁམས་སུ། །
Like a felon escaping from prison. May I flee to the realm of Sukhavati
如罪犯脫獄，願義無反顧，

ཕྱི་ལྟས་མེད་པར་འབྲོོས་པར་ཤོག །ཆགས་ཞེན་འཁྲི་བ་ཀུན་བཅད་ནས། །
Without looking back. Having severed all craving and clinging,
趨往極樂剎。願斷諸貪執，

བྱ་རྒོོད་རྙིི་ནས་ཐར་བ་བཞིན། །ནུབ་ཀྱི་ཕྱོགས་ཀྱི་ནམ་མཁའ་ལ། །
May I fly through the western sky Like a vulture freed from a snare,
鷲脫網羅，瞬間便越過，

འཇིག་རྟེན་ཁམས་ནི་གྲངས་མེད་པ། །སྐད་ཅིག་ཡུད་ལ་བགྲོད་བྱས་ནས། །
Passing countless worlds In an instant,
向⻄⽅空中，無量世界剎，

བདེ་བ་ཅན་དུ་ཕྱིན་པར་ཤོག །དེ་རུ་སངས་རྒྱས་འོད་དཔག་མེད། །
And reach Sukhavati. May I see the face of Amitabha,
詣⾄極樂國。願⾯⾒彼剎，

མངོན་སུམ་བཞུགས་པའི་ཞལ་མཐོང་ནས། །སྒྲིབ་པ་ཐམས་ཅད་དག་པར་ཤོག །
Who is actually present there. May all my obscurations be purified.
住世無量光，淨除諸罪障。

སྐྱེ་གནས་བཞི་ཡི་མཆོག་གྱུར་པ། །མེ་ཏོག་པདྨའི་སྙིང་པོ་ལ། །
The best of the four births is instantaneous Birth in the heart of a lotus flower.
四⽣中最勝，蓮花蕊中⽣，

བརྫུས་ཏེ་སྐྱེ་བ་ལེན་པར་ཤོག །སྐད་ཅིག་ཉིད་ལ་ལུས་རྫོགས་ནས། །
May I take such a birth. My body complete in an instant,
願得化⾝⽣，剎那⾝圓滿，

མཚན་དཔེ་ལྡན་པའི་ལུས་ཐོབ་ཤོག །མི་སྐྱེ་དྭོགས་པའི་ཐེ་ཚོམ་གྱིས། །
May it have the marks and signs. Doubt as to whether or not I will be born there
願獲相隨好。因疑不往⽣，

ལོ་གྲངས་ལྔ་བརྒྱའི་བར་དག་ཏུ། །ནང་དེར་བདེ་སྐྱིད་ལོངས་སྤྱོད་ལྡན། །
Would cause me to remain in the lotus for five hundred years. I would be happy and comfortable
於五百年中，雖具樂受⽤，

སངས་རྒྱས་གསུང་ནི་ཐོས་ན་ཡང༌། །མེ་ཏོག་ཁ་ནི་མི་བྱེ་བས། །
And would hear the Buddha’s speech, But because of the flower not opening
聽聞佛語聲，然花不綻放，

སངས་རྒྱས་ཞལ་མཇལ་ཕྱི་བའི་སྐྱོན། །དེ་འདྲ་བདག་ལ་མི་འབྱུང་ཤོག །
My seeing the Buddha’s face would be delayed. May that not happen to me.
延誤⾒佛顏，願我無此過。

སྐྱེས་མ་ཐག་ཏུ་མེ་ཏོག་བྱེ། །འོད་དཔག་མེད་པའི་ཞལ་མཐོང་ཤོག །
As soon as I am born, may my flower open. May I see Amitabha’s face.
往⽣華即開，願⾒無量光，

བསོད་ནམས་སྟོབས་དང་རྫུ་འཕྲུལ་གྱིས། །ལག་པའི་མཐིལ་ནས་མཆོད་པའི་སྤྲིན། །
Through merit and miraculous powers, May vast clouds of offerings
以福⼒神變，⼿掌中放出，

བསམ་མི་ཁྱབ་པར་སྤྲོོས་བྱས་ནས། །སངས་རྒྱས་འཁོར་བཅས་མཆོད་པར་ཤོག །
Emanate from my palms. May I present them to the Buddha and his entourage.
不可思供雲，願供佛眷屬。

དེ་ཚེ་དེ་བཞིན་གཤེགས་པ་དེས། །ཕྱག་གཡས་བརྐྱངས་ནས་མགོ་ལ་བཞག །
At that time, may that tathagata extend His right hand and place it on my head.
爾時願如來，展右⼿摸頂，

བྱང་ཆུབ་ལུང་བསྟན་ཐོབ་པར་ཤོག །ཟབ་དང་རྒྱ་ཆེའི་ཆོས་ཐོས་ནས། །
May I receive prophecy of my awakening. Having heard profound and vast Dharma,
得菩提授記。聞深廣法後，

རང་རྒྱུད་སྨིན་ཅིང་གྲོལ་བར་ཤོག །སྤྱན་རས་གཟིགས་དང་མཐུ་ཆེན་ཐོབ། །
May my being be ripened and liberated. May I be blessed and cared for by
願熟解⾃續。願佛⼆⻑⼦，

རྒྱལ་སྲས་ཐུ་བོ་རྣམ་གཉིས་ཀྱིས། །བྱིན་གྱིས་བརླབས་ཤིང་རྗེས་བཟུང་ཤོག །
The two foremost bodhisattvas, Avalokita and Mahasthamaprapta.
觀⾳⼤勢⾄，加持並攝受。

ཉིན་རེ་བཞིན་དུ་ཕྱོགས་བཅུ་ཡི། །སངས་རྒྱས་བྱང་སེམས་དཔག་མེད་པ། །
Every day, innumerable buddhas and bodhisattvas Gather from the ten directions in order to
每⽇中⼗⽅，無量佛菩薩，

འོད་དཔག་མེད་པ་མཆོད་པ་དང༌། །ཞིང་དེར་བལྟ་ཕྱིར་འབྱོན་པའི་ཚེ། །
Present offerings to Amitabha And view that realm. At that time,
供養無量光，蒞觀彼剎時，

དེ་དག་ཀུན་ལ་བསྙེན་བཀུར་ཞིང༌། །ཆོས་ཀྱི་བདུད་རྩི་ཐོབ་པར་ཤོག །
May I attend them and receive The amrita of Dharma.
願承侍彼等，獲得法⽢露。

རྫུ་འཕྲུལ་ཐོགས་པ་མེད་པ་ཡིས། །མངོན་དགའི་ཞིང་དང་དཔལ་ལྡན་ཞིང༌། །
With unimpeded miraculous powers, May I go to the realms of Joyous, Glorious,
以無礙神變，願上午前赴，

ལས་རབ་རྫོགས་དང་སྟུག་པོ་བཀོད། །སྔ་དྲོ་དེ་དག་རྣམས་སུ་འགྲོ། །
Perfect Action, and Densely Arrayed. Going there in the morning, may I receive
現喜具德剎，妙圓密嚴剎。

མི་བསྐྱོད་རིན་འབྱུང་དོན་ཡོད་གྲུབ། །རྣམ་སྣང་ལ་སོགས་སངས་རྒྱས་ལ། །
Empowerment, blessings, and vows from Akshobhya, Ratnasambhava, Amoghasiddhi,
不動寶⽣佛，不空毗盧佛，

དབང་དང་བྱིན་རླབས་སྡོམ་པ་ཞུ། །མཆོད་པ་དུ་མས་མཆོད་བྱས་ནས། །
Vairochana, and other buddhas. Having presented many offerings,
求灌頂加持，受戒做廣供，

དགོང་མོ་བདེ་བ་ཅན་ཉིད་དུ། །དཀའ་ཚེགས་མེད་པར་སླེབ་པར་ཤོག །
May I return without difficulty To Sukhavati in the evening.
傍晚無艱難，返回極樂國。

པོ་ཊ་ལ་དང་ལྕང་ལོ་ཅན། །རྔ་ཡབ་གླིང་དང་ཨོ་རྒྱན་ཡུལ། །
In Potala, Alakavati, Chamaradvipa, and Uddiyana;
普陀楊柳宮，鄔⾦妙拂洲，

སྤྲུལ་སྐུའི་ཞིང་ཁམས་བྱེ་བ་བརྒྱར། །སྤྱན་རས་གཟིགས་དང་སྒྲོལ་མ་དང༌། །
In a billion nirmanakaya realms, May I meet a billion Avalokitas, Taras,
⼗億化⾝剎，願⾒觀世⾳，

ཕྱག་རྡོར་པད་འབྱུང་བྱེ་བ་བརྒྱ། །མཇལ་ཞིང་མཆོད་པ་རྒྱ་མཚོས་མཆོད། །
Vajrapanis, and Padmakaras. May I present oceans of offerings to them
度⺟⾦剛⼿，蓮師⼗億尊。奉如海供品，

དབང་དང་གདམས་ངག་ཟབ་མོ་ཞུ། །མྱུར་དུ་རང་གནས་བདེ་ཆེན་ཞིང༌། །
And receive empowerment and profound instructions. May I quickly then return unimpeded
求灌頂深教，速抵⼤樂⼟，

ཐོགས་པ་མེད་པར་ཕྱིན་པར་ཤོག །ཤུལ་གྱི་ཉེ་དུ་གྲྭ་སློབ་སོགས། །
To my own residence in Sukhavati. May I see with the divine eye
無礙返⾃剎。願天眼明⾒，

ལྷ་ཡི་མིག་གིས་གསལ་བར་མཐོང༌། །སྲུང་སྐྱོབ་བྱིན་གྱིས་རློབ་བྱེད་ཅིང༌། །
My surviving family, monks, and disciples. May I protect and bless them
⽣前友侍徒，加持並護佑，

འཆི་དུས་ཞིང་དེར་ཁྲིད་པར་ཤོག །བསྐལ་བཟང་འདི་ཡི་བསྐལ་པའི་ཡུན། །
And lead them to that realm at death. The duration of this fortunate kalpa
亡時接彼剎。賢劫⼀⼤劫，

བདེ་བ་ཅན་གྱི་ཞག་གཅིག་སྟེ། །བསྐལ་པ་གྲངས་མེད་འཆི་བ་མེད། །
Is one day in Sukhavati. Throughout countless kalpas, there is no death.
極樂剎⼀⽇，無數劫無死，

རྟག་ཏུ་ཞིང་དེ་འཛིན་པར་ཤོག །བྱམས་པ་ནས་བཟུང་མོས་པའི་བར། །
May I always remain in that realm. From Maitreya up to Rochana,
願恆住彼剎。彌勒⾄勝解，

བསྐལ་བཟང་འདི་ཡི་སངས་རྒྱས་རྣམས། །འཇིག་རྟེན་འདི་ན་ནམ་འབྱོན་ཚེ། །
When all the buddhas Of this fortunate kalpa come to this world,
賢劫諸佛陀，降臨此剎時，

རྫུ་འཕྲུལ་སྟོབས་ཀྱིས་འདིར་འོངོ ས་ནས། །སངས་རྒྱས་མཆོད་ཅིང་དམ་ཆོས་ཉན། །
May I come here with miraculous powers, Present offerings to those buddhas, listen to the genuine Dharma,
以神變詣此，供佛聞正法，

སླར་ཡང་བདེ་ཆེན་ཞིང་ཁམས་སུ། །ཐོགས་པ་མེད་པར་འགྲོ་བར་ཤོག །
And return unimpeded To the realm of Sukhavati.
爾後願無礙，返回極樂剎。

སངས་རྒྱས་བྱེ་བ་ཁྲག་ཁྲིག་བརྒྱ་སྟོང་ཕྲག །བརྒྱད་ཅུ་རྩ་གཅིག་སངས་རྒྱས་ཞིང་ཀུན་གྱི། །
All the features and attributes Of the realms of eighty-one septillion buddhas
⼋百⼀⼗萬俱胝，那由他佛之佛剎，

ཡོན་ཏན་བཀོད་པ་ཐམས་ཅད་གཅིག་བསྡོམས་པ། །ཞིང་ཁམས་ཀུན་ལས་ཁྱད་འཕགས་བླ་ན་མེད། །
Are combined in that realm That is superior to all others.
功德莊嚴皆合⼀，願⽣勝過諸剎⼟，

བདེ་བ་ཅན་གྱི་ཞིང ་དེར་སྐྱེ་བར་ཤོག །རིན་ཆེན་ས་གཞི་ཁོད་སྙོམས་ལག་མཐིལ་ལྟར། །
May I be born in the realm of Sukhavati. Its precious ground is as even as the palm of a hand.
無上殊勝極樂剎。珍寶⼤地平如掌，

ཡངས་ཤིང་རྒྱ་ཆེ་གསལ་ཞིང་འོད་ཟེར་འབར། །མནན་ན་ནེམ་ཞིང་བཏེག་ན་སྤར་བྱེད་པ། །
Vast and spacious, it blazes brightly and radiantly. It is soft and supple.
寬敞明亮光閃閃，壓陷抬返富彈性，

བདེ་འཇམ་ཡངས་པའི་ཞིང་དེར་སྐྱེ་བར་ཤོག །རིན་ཆེན་དུ་མ་ལས་གྲུབ་དཔག་བསམ་ཤིང༌། །
May I be born in that pleasant, gentle, spacious realm. The wish-fulfilling trees are composed of many jewels
願⽣輕滑舒適剎。眾寶所成如意樹，

ལོ་མ་དར་ཟབ་འབྲས་བུ་རིན་ཆེན་བརྒྱན། །དེ་སྟེང་སྤྲུལ་པའི་བྱ་ཚོགས་སྐད་སྙན་སྒྲས། །
And are decorated by leaves of silk and precious fruit. In them are emanated birds whose sweet calls
樹葉錦緞珍果飾，其上幻⿃出妙⾳，

ཟབ་དང་རྒྱ་ཆེའི་ཆོས་ཀྱི་སྒྲ་རྣམས་སྒྲོགས། །ངོ་མཚར་ཆེན་པོའི་ཞིང་དེར་སྐྱེ་བར་ཤོག །
Proclaim profound and vast Dharma. May I be born in that wondrous realm.
鳴唱深廣之法⾳，願⽣極為稀有剎。

སྤོས་ཆུའི་ཆུ་ཀླུང་ཡན་ལག་བརྒྱད་ལྡན་མང༌། །དེ་བཞིན་བདུད་རྩིའི་ཁྲུས་ཀྱི་རྫིང་བུ་རྣམས། །
There are many rivers of scented water with the eight attributes. There are also bathing pools of amrita,
眾具⼋⽀⾹⽔河，如是⽢露諸浴池，

རིན་ཆེན་སྣ་བདུན་ཐེམ་སྐས་ཕ་གུས་བསྐོར། །མེ་ཏོག་པདྨ་དྲི་ཞིམ་འབྲས་བུར་ལྡན། །

七寶階梯寶轉圍，芳⾹蓮花具果實，

པདྨའི་འོད་ཟེར་དཔག་ཏུ་མེད་པ་འཕྲོོ། །འོད་ཟེར་རྩེ་ལ་སྤྲུལ་པའི་སངས་རྒྱས་བརྒྱན། །
Emit countless rays of light. The ends of those Light-rays are adorned by emanated buddhas.
蓮花散射無量光，光端嚴飾化⾝佛，

ཡ་མཚན་ཆེན་པོའི་ཞིང་དེར་སྐྱེ་བར་ཤོག །མི་ཁོམ་བརྒྱད་དང་ངན་སོང་སྒྲ་མི་གྲགས། །
May I be born in that amazing realm. Even the names of the eight unleisured states
願⽣極其稀奇剎。無⼋無暇惡趣聲，

ཉོན་མོངས་དུག་ལྔ་དུག་གསུམ་ནད་དང་གདོན། །དགྲ་དང་དབུལ་ཕོངས་འཐབ་རྩོད་ལ་སོགས་པ། །
And lower realms are unheard there. Kleshas, The five and three poisons, sickness, döns, enmity,
病魔煩惱三五毒，怨敵貧乏戰爭等，

སྡུག་བསྔལ་ཐམས་ཅད་ཞིང་དེར་ཐོས་མ་མྱོང༌། །བདེ་བ་ཆེན་པོའི་ཞིང་དེར་སྐྱེ་བར་ཤོག །
Poverty, quarreling, and all other sufferings are unheard of in that realm. May I be born in that realm of great happiness.
彼剎未聞諸痛苦，願⽣極其安樂剎。

བུད་མེད་མེད་ཅིང་མངལ་ནས་སྐྱེ་བ་མེད། །ཀུན་ཀྱང་མེ་ཏོག་པདྨའི་སྦུབས་ནས་འཁྲུངས། །
There is no sexuality there, and no birth from a womb. All are born from within lotus flowers.
無有⼥⼈無胎⽣，皆由蓮花苞中⽣，

ཐམས་ཅད་སྐུ་ལུས་ཁྱད་མེད་གསེར་གྱི་མདོག །དབུ་ལ་གཙུག་ཏོར་ལ་སོགས་མཚན་དཔེས་བརྒྱན། །
Everyone’s bodies are alike, and golden in color. They are adorned by the marks and signs, such as the ushnisha on their heads.
諸⾝無別⾦⿈⾊，頂鬘等相隨好飾，

མངོན་ཤེས་ལྔ་དང་སྤྱན་ལྔ་ཀུན་ལ་མངའ། །ཡོན་ཏན་དཔག་མེད་ཞིང་དེར་སྐྱེ་བར་ཤོག །
All have the five clairvoyances and the five eyes. May I be born in that realm of countless attributes.
五眼五通悉具⾜，願⽣無量功德剎。

རང་བྱུང་རིན་ཆེན་སྣ་ཚོགས་གཞལ་ཡས་ཁང༌། །ཅི་འདོད་ལོངས་སྤྱོད་ཡིད་ལ་དྲན་པས་འབྱུང༌། །
In self-arisen palaces of diverse jewels Whatever is wanted arises upon recollection.
⾃然眾寶無量宮，所欲受⽤意念⽣，

རྩོལ་སྒྲུབ་མི་དགོས་དགོས་འདོད་ལྷུན་གྱིས་གྲུབ། །ང་ཁྱོད་མེད་ཅིང་བདག་ཏུ་འཛིན་པ་མེད། །
No effort is necessary; everything one needs or wants is spontaneously present. There is no I, no you, and no self-fixation.
無勤任運所需成，無有你我無我執，

གང་འདོད་མཆོད་སྤྲིན་ལག་པའི་མཐིལ་ནས་འབྱུང༌། །ཐམས་ཅད་བླ་མེད་ཐེག་ཆེན་ཆོས་ལ་སྤྱོད། །
Offering clouds of whatever one wishes arise from the palms of one’s hands. Everyone there practices the unsurpassable mahayana Dharma.
所欲供雲⼿掌⽣，⾏持無上⼤乘法，

བདེ་སྐྱིད་ཀུན་འབྱུང་ཞིང་དེར་སྐྱེ་བར་ཤོག །དྲི་ཞིམ་རླུང་གིས་མེ་ཏོག་ཆར་ཆེན་འབེེབས། །
May I be born in that realm where every joy and comfort arises. A fragrant breeze sends down rains of flowers.
願⽣諸樂之源剎。⾹⾵普降妙花⾬，

ཤི་དང་ཆུ་ཀླུང་པདྨོ་ཐམས་ཅད་ལས། །ཡིད་དུ་འོངོ ་བའི་གཟུགས་སྒྲ་དྲི་རོ་རེག །
From all the trees, rivers, and lotuses, Clouds of sumptuous offerings constantly emerge,
諸樹河蓮中恆⽣，悅意⾊聲⾹味觸，

ལོངས་སྤྱོད་མཆོད་པའི་སྤྲིན་ཕུང་རྟག་ཏུ་འབྱུང༌། །བུད་མེད་མེད་ཀྱང་སྤྲུལ་པའི་ལྷ་མོའི་ཚོགས། །
Pleasing forms, sounds, scents, tastes, and textures. Although there is no ordinary gender,
受⽤以及供雲聚，雖無⼥⼈眾化⾝，

མཆོད་པའི་ལྷ་མོ་དུ་མས་རྟག་ཏུ་མཆོད། །འདུག་པར་འདོད་ཚེ་རིན་ཆེན་གཞལ་ཡས་ཁང༌། །
Emanated devis constantly present offerings. When one wishes to sit, there are precious palaces.
供養天⼥恆時供。欲安住時無量宮，

ཉལ་བར་འདོད་ཚེ་རིན་ཆེན་ཁྲི་བཟང་སྟེངེ ༌། །དར་ཟབ་དུ་མའི་མལ་སྟན་སྔས་དང་བཅས། །
When one wishes to lie down, there are mattresses And pillows of silk on fine, precious beds.
欲睡眠時妙寶座，具眾錦緞被墊枕。

བྱ་དང་ལྗོན་ཤིང་ཆུ་ཀླུང་རོལ་མོ་སོགས། །ཐོས་པར་འདོད་ན་སྙན་པའི་ཆོས་སྒྲ་སྒྲོགས། །
When one wishes to hear them, birds, trees, rivers, and music Give forth the melodic sound of Dharma.
⿃樹河流樂器等，欲聞時出妙法⾳，

མི་འདོད་ཚེ་ན་རྣ་བར་སྒྲ་མི་གྲགས། །བདུད་རྩིའི་རྫིང་བུ་ཆུ་ཀླུང་དེ་རྣམས་ཀྱང༌། །
When one does not wish to listen, they are unheard. The pools and rivers of amrita are
不欲之時即不聞，彼等⽢露池溪流，

དྲོ་གྲང་གང་འདོད་དེ་ལ་དེ་ལྟར་འབྱུང༌། །ཡིད་བཞིན་འགྲུབ་པའི་ཞིང་དེར་སྐྱེ་བར་ཤོག །
Of whatever temperature is desired. May I be born in that realm where everything is as wished.
冷暖適度隨所欲，願⽣如意所成剎。

ཞིང་དེར་རྫོགས་པའི་སངས་རྒྱས་འོད་དཔག་མེད། །བསྐལ་པ་གྲངས་མེད་མྱ་ངན་མི་འདའ་བཞུགས། །
In that realm, the perfect buddha Amitabha will remain, Not passing into nirvana, for countless kalpas.
彼剎阿彌陀佛尊，住無數劫不涅槃，

དེ་སྲིད་དེ་ཡི་ཞབས་འབྲིང་བྱེད་པར་ཤོག །ནམ་ཞིག་འོད་དཔག་མེད་དེ་ཞི་བར་གཤེགས། །
May I attend him for all that time. After Amitabha passes into peace,
願於此間承侍彼。⼀旦佛陀趣涅槃，

བསྐལ་པ་གངྒཱའི་ཀླུང་གི་བྱེ་མ་སྙེད། །གཉིས་ཀྱི་བར་དུ་བསྟན་པ་གནས་པའི་ཚེ། །
His Dharma will remain for twice As many kalpas as the Ganges’ sand grains.
恆河沙數之劫中，教法住世之時期，

རྒྱལ་ཚབ་སྤྱན་རས་གཟིགས་དང་མི་འབྲལ་ཞིང༌། །དེ་ཡི་ཡུན་ལ་དམ་ཆོས་འཛིན་པར་ཤོག །
During that time, may I be inseparable from Avalokita, His regent, and uphold the genuine Dharma.
不離補處觀世⾳，願於期間持正法。

སྲོད་ལ་དམ་ཆོས་ནུབ་པའི་ཐོ་རངས་ལ། །སྤྱན་རས་གཟིགས་དེ་མངོན་པར་སངས་རྒྱས་ནས། །
The Dharma will wane at sunset. At the following dawn, Avalokita will attain buddhahood,
⿈昏法沒次黎明，觀⾳現前成正覺，

སངས་རྒྱས་འོད་ཟེར་ཀུན་ནས་འཕགས་པ་ཡི། །དཔལ་བརྩེགས་རྒྱལ་པོ་ཞེས་བྱར་གྱུར་པའི་ཚེ། །
Becoming the buddha called King of Massive Splendor Elevated Above All. From that time,
爾後彼佛名號為，勝光妙聚王如來，

ཞལ་ལྟ་མཆོད་ཅིང་དམ་ཆོས་ཉན་པར་ཤོག །སྐུ་ཚེ་བསྐལ་པ་བྱེ་བ་ཁྲག་ཁྲིག་ནི། །
May I serve him and listen to the Dharma. His lifespan will be
願供奉彼聞正法，壽量六百六⼗萬，

འབུམ་ཕྲག་དགུ་བཅུ་རྩ་དྲུག་བཞུགས་པའི་ཚེ། །རྟག་ཏུ་ཞབས་འབྲིང་བསྙེན་བཀུར་བྱེད་པ་དང༌། །
Ninety-six septillion kalpas. May I continually attend and serve him
俱胝那由他劫久，願恆恭敬⽽承侍，

མི་བརྗེད་གཟུངས་ཀྱིས་དམ་ཆོས་འཛིན་པར་ཤོག །མྱ་ངན་འདས་ནས་དེ་ཡི་བསྟན་པ་ནི། །
And uphold the Dharma with perfect retention. After his nirvana, his Dharma will remain
不忘總持持正法。涅槃之後彼教法，

བསྐལ་པ་དུང་ཕྱུར་དྲུག་དང་བྱེ་བ་ཕྲག །འབུམ་ཕྲག་གསུམ་གནས་དེ་ཚེ་ཆོས་འཛིན་ཅིང༌། །
For six hundred ten million, three hundred thousand kalpas. During that time, may I uphold the Dharma
住世六億三⼗萬，俱胝劫間持正法，

མཐུ་ཆེན་ཐོབ་དང་རྟག་ཏུ་མི་འབྲལ་ཤོག །དེ་ནས་མཐུ་ཆེན་ཐོབ་དེ་སངས་རྒྱས་ནས། །
And be inseparable from Mahasthamaprapta. Then, Mahasthamaprapta will attain buddhahood,
願恆不離⼤勢⾄。爾後⼤勢⾄成佛，

དེ་བཞིན་གཤེགས་པ་རབ་ཏུ་བརྟན་པ་ནི། །ཡོན་ཏན་ནོར་བུ་བརྩེགས་པའི་རྒྱལ་པོར་གྱུར། །
Becoming the tathagata called King of Amassed Jewels And Stable Qualities. His lifespan and Dharma
佛號堅德寶堅王，⽽成功德寶積王，

སྐུ་ཚེ་བསྟན་པ་སྤྱན་རས་གཟིགས་དང་མཉམ། །སངས་རྒྱས་དེ་ཡི་རྟག་ཏུ་ཞབས་འབྲིང་བྱེད། །
Will equal those of Avalokita. May I continually Attend that buddha, present offerings to him,
壽量教法等觀⾳，願於期間恆承待，

མཆོད་པས་མཆོད་ཅིང་དམ་ཆོས་ཀུན་འཛིན་ཤོག །དེ་ནས་བདག་གི་ཚེ་དེ་བརྗེས་མ་ཐག །
And uphold all his genuine Dharma. Then, after that life, either in that realm
供品供養持諸法。願我壽盡即往⽣，

ཞིང་ཁམས་དེ་འམ་དག་པའི་ཞིང་གཞན་དུ། །བླ་མེད་རྫོགས་པའི་སངས་རྒྱས་ཐོབ་པར་ཤོག །
Or in another pure realm, May I attain unsurpassable, perfect buddhahood.
於彼剎或他淨剎，獲得無上正等覺，

རྫོགས་སངས་རྒྱས་ནས་ཚེ་དཔག་མེད་པ་ལྟར། །མཚན་ཐོས་ཙམ་གྱིས་འགྲོ་ཀུན་སྨིན་ཅིང་གྲོལ། །
After my buddhahood, like Amitayus, may I ripen And liberate all the beings who even just hear my name.
成佛後如無量光，僅聞名號熟解眾，

སྤྲུལ་པ་གྲངས་མེད་འགྲོ་བ་འདྲེན་པ་སོགས། །འབད་མེད་ལྷུན་གྲུབ་འགྲོ་དོན་དཔག་མེད་ཤོག །
May I guide beings through countless emanations And benefit beings effortlessly, spontaneously, and immeasurably.
化⾝無數引眾⽣，無勤任運利有情。

དེ་བཞིན་གཤེགས་པའི་ཚེ་དང་བསོད་ནམས་དང༌། །ཡོན་ཏན་ཡེ་ཤེས་གཟི་བརྗིད་ཚད་མེད་པ། །
Tathagata of immeasurable lifespan, Merit, qualities, pristine wisdom, and majesty;
善逝壽量及福德，德智威光皆無量，

ཆོས་སྐུ་སྣང་བ་མཐའ་ཡས་འོད་དཔག་མེད། །ཚེ་དང་ཡེ་ཤེས་དཔག་མེད་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས། །
Dharmakaya Amitabha; Bhagavan of immeasurable life and wisdom:
法⾝無量光佛陀，壽智無量出有壞。

གང་ཞིག་ཁྱེད་ཀྱི་མཚན་ནི་སུས་འཛིན་པ། །སྔོན་གྱི་ལས་ཀྱི་རྣམ་སྨིན་མ་གཏོགས་པ། །
It was said by Shakyamuni that anyone Who recollects your name will be protected from
何⼈持誦尊聖號，除⾮往昔業異熟，

མེ་ཆུ་དུག་མཚོན་གནོད་སྦྱིན་སྲིན་པོ་སོགས། །འཇིགས་པ་ཀུན་ལས་སྐྱོབ་པར་ཐུབ་པས་གསུངས། །
Fire, water, poison, weapons, yakshas, rakshasas, And all danger, unless it is the ripening of previous karma.
⽔⽕毒兵夜羅剎，佛說諸畏皆可救。

བདག་ནི་ཁྱེད་ཀྱི་མཚན་འཛིན་ཕྱག་འཚལ་བས། །འཇིགས་དང་སྡུག་བསྔལ་ཀུན་ལས་བསྐྱབ་མཛད་གསོལ། །
I recollect your name and prostrate to you. I pray that you protect me from all danger and suffering.
我持佛號頂禮尊，祈求⼀切怖畏苦，

བཀྲ་ཤིས་ཕུན་སུམ་ཚོགས་པར་བྱིན་གྱིས་རློབས། །སངས་རྒྱས་སྐུ་གསུམ་བརྙེས་པའི་བྱིན་རླབས་དང༌། །
Grant the blessing of perfect auspiciousness. Through the blessing of the buddhas’ attainment of the trikay
吉祥圓滿祈加持。願以佛所獲三⾝，

ཆོས་ཉིད་མི་འགྱུར་བདེན་པའི་བྱིན་རླབས་དང༌། །དགེ་འདུན་མི་ཕྱེད་འདུན་པའི་བྱིན་རླབས་ཀྱིས། །
The blessing of the unchanging truth of dharmata, And the blessing of the Sangha’s unwavering harmony,
法性不變真實諦，僧眾不退之加持，

ཇི་ལྟར་སྨོན་ལམ་བཏབ་བཞིན་འགྲུབ་པར་ཤོག །
May my aspirations be fulfilled as intended.
成就所發之⼤願。

དཀོན་མཆོག་གསུམ་ཕྱག་འཚལ་ལོ། །
I prostrate to the Three Jewels.
頂禮三寶！

ཏདྱཐཱ། པཉྩེནྡྲི་ཡ་ཨཱ་ཝ་བོ་དྷཱ་ནཱ་ཡེ་སྭཱཧཱ། (སྨོན་ལམ་འགྲུབ་པའི་གཟུངས་སོ།། )
tadyathā pañchendriya āvabodhānaye svāhā (The dharani for the fufillment of aspirations.)
德雅他 班雜 知雅 阿⽡ 波⼤拿耶梭哈 (滿願咒)

དཀོན་མཆོག་གསུམ་ལ་ཕྱག་འཚལ་ལོ། །
I prostrate to the Three Jewels.
頂禮三寶！

ན་མོ་མཉྫུ་ཤྲཱི་ཡེ། ན་མོ་སུ་ཤྲཱི་ཡེ། ན་མོཿཿ ཨུཏྟ་མ་ཤྲཱི་ཡེ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ།
namo manjushrīye namo sushrīye namo uttamashrīye svāha
南無 曼殊 室利耶 南無蘇室利耶 南無屋達⿇室利耶 梭哈

ཞེས་བརྗོད་ནས་ཕྱག་གསུམ་འཚལ་ན་འབུམ་ཐེར་དུ་འགྱུར་བར་གསུངས། དེ་ནས་རབ་བརྒྱ་ཕྲག །འབྲིང་ཅི་ནུས། ཐ་མ་ཡང་ཕྱག་བདུན་ཡན་འཚལ། རབ་འདི་མ་ཆག་པ། འབྲིང་ལོ་ཟླ་ཙམ་མ་ཆག་པ། ཐ་མ་ནམ་ཁོམ་སྐབས་སུ་ཁ་ནུབ་ཏུ་གྱུ་ནས་བདེ་བ་ཅན་གྱི་ཞིང་ཁམས་ཡིད་ལ་དྲན་ཅིང་འོད་དཔག་མེད་ལ་ ཐལ་མོ་སྦྱར་ཏེ་དད་པ་རྩེ་གཅིག་གིས་བཏོན་ན། ཚེ་འདིར་ཚེའི་བར་ཆད་སེལ། ཕྱི་མ་བདེ་བ་ཅན་དུ་སྐྱེ་བར་ཐེ་ཚམ་མེད་དོ། །འོད་མདོ་ཞིང་བཀོད་མདོ་དང༌། པདྨ་དཀར་པོ་འཆི་མེད་རྔ་སྒྲ་སོགས་ཀྱི་དགོངས་པ་ཡིན། ཞེས་དགེ་སློང་རཱ་ག་ཨསྱས་སྦྱར་བས་འགྲོ་བ་སེམས་ཅན་མང་པོ་བདེ་བ་ཅན་དུ་སྐྱེ་བའི་རྒྱུར་གྱུར་ཅིག །
If after saying that you do three prostrations, it is said that they will be equivalent to a hundred thousand. Therefore do, if possible, one hundred prostrations, or as many as you can, or at least seven. If possible, recite this aspiration every day; if not, once every month or every year. At least, when you are at leisure, face the west and recollect the realm of Sukhavati. Join your palms and pray to Amitabha with one-pointed faith. If you do so, obstacles in this life will be dispelled. There is no doubt that you will be reborn in Sukhavati after this life. This is the intention of the Amitabha Sutra, the Sutra on Sukhavati, the Pundarika Sutra, and the Drumbeat of Immortality. It was composed by the Bhikshu Ragasya. May it be a cause of many beings’ birth in Sukhavati!
經云：「如誦此咒⽽作禮拜三次，等同禮拜⼗萬。」極善禮拜百次，次者隨⼒，下者亦應禮 拜七次。⼜極善永不中斷，次者數年或數⽉不斷，下者於任何時間，⾯向⻄⽅極樂淨⼟，淨 信合⼗，憶念無量光壽佛，專⼼念誦，即於此⽣壽命障礙得清除，命終無礙往⽣極樂淨⼟。 此為《阿彌陀經》、《莊嚴經》、《⽩蓮花阿彌陀⿎⾳經》之含意。由我⽐丘噶阿瑟，為令 有情眾⽣能得投⽣極樂淨⼟之因⽽作。
